The best way to use the Wintergreen Sportswear Pre-soak is to dilute the solution in a bucket of water, as one capful will make 169fl oz, this allows for a lot of laundry to be pre-soaked at one time. For maximize effect turn  the clothes (especially workout clothes) inside out before putting them in the solution, as most of the sweat and dead skin cells cling to the inside of the garment. Leave the garments in the Wintergreen Sportswear Pre-soak for 20 minutes, then remove them from the solution, wring out the excess liquid and then put them into the wash that is recommended for the garments.
