Magnesium: An Athlete’s Best Friend!

Medical professionals and athletes agree that magnesium is an essential mineral – critical to more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body.

Magnesium is essential for athletes' recovery, aiding in muscle repair by supporting protein synthesis, reducing inflammation and enhancing sleep quality. It helps maintain electrolyte balance, reducing the risk of muscle cramps and improving hydration. Magnesium also supports oxygen delivery to muscles and prevents exercise-induced deficiencies.
